Wash with cool water and a sulphate-free shampoo, working downwards from the cap to the ends rather than scrubbing in circles. Condition the lengths only, keeping product off the lace and knots. Air dry on a wig stand where possible.

Human hair wigs can be straightened, curled and heat styled — use a heat protectant and keep tools below 180°C to protect the cuticle. Detangle from the ends upwards with a wide-tooth comb, never from the roots down. Store on a stand or in the original net to hold the shape between wears.

Synthetic pieces should be kept away from high heat and cannot be dyed. Check the product description above for which type you are buying.

Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons a wig can only be returned if it is unworn and unwashed, with the lace uncut and untrimmed, in its original packaging with any tags and the hair net intact. Returns must be sent via UPS, FedEx or DHL (standard postal returns cannot be accepted).
