Order Processing

All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times

Within the EU: approximately 3 business days.
Outside the EU (including the US, UK and GCC): approximately 5–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination and local customs processing.

Carriers & Coverage

We ship worldwide with DHL, FedEx and UPS, with full tracking on every order. We are currently unable to deliver to Russia, Belarus and Ukraine.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. The total is made up of a base delivery fee (economy or express) plus a small per-item charge that varies by product category, so your exact cost is always shown before you pay.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow your delivery in real time through the Shop app.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our shipping rates and are the customer’s responsibility.
